徐玉赐，教授，博士生导师。主要研究方向为高分子凝聚态物理，橡胶、塑料共混体系的结构与性能，着重研究高分子材料微观结构对其宏观性能的影响。在国外重要期刊Macromolecules，Science Advances, Nanoscale, Langmuir, Journal of Physical Chemistry等杂志上发表多篇学术论文。主持多项国家自然科学基金项目。指导研究生获得浙江省新苗计划。
